Big news from the country world yesterday as Brooks and Dunn call it quits as a duo. They will headline a farewell tour in 2010 then go their separate ways. Maybe this will mean someone, other than the legendary duo, will win the CMA for Best Duo or Group in about 3 years.

George Strait’s new album Twang also dropped yesterday. Strait was also more involved with the songwriting on Twang than he has been in the recent past so this will be an interesting one to watch.
